oh man, Battleship: Galaxies, the very first tabletop game I ever worked on, back when I was an intern at hasbro way back in 2009, is finally seeing the light of day next week. here's some art from it that was released from nda, from what seems like eons ago.

It's a great game and has been through a heluva development cycle roller coaster. A lot of really talented people really put their heart into it and it shows. If you're a fan of tabletop games like heroscape or epic duels go pick up a copy, you wont be disappointed.

been getting my scifi nerd on and rereading all the dune books recently, did some warmup sketches this morning based on things from the book. all the movie/game adaptations were really disappointing visually to me, they tried to be too exotic without carrying over any of the motif of survivalisim and harsh utilitarianisim of arrakis that the book has.
